Order Information
All orders are confirmed at the point of sale. An email confirmation is sent of order placement. Our goal is to ship within 5-business days, or sooner. If a delay is expected, we notify you. If you need same day shipping service, please email: orders@starsandstripesunited.com to place your order, otherwise the order will not be entered until the next business day.
We can ship overnight. Please contact us for additional overnight postage pricing.
We ship to addresses in the United States and APO. For international orders, please contact us first for shipping cost.
Shipping Information
Orders over 200 lbs. are shipped via motor freight. Faster shipping options are also available.
Stars and Stripes United, Inc. reserves the right to increase or decrease final shipping charges depending on product changes, order weight, destination, tax law changes, or carrier rate increases. You also may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes. Stars and Stripes United, Inc. is not liable for delays in delivery or unsuccessful deliveries due to matters beyond our control.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order prior to shipping please contact our customer service representatives at orders@starsandstripesunited.com between 9 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. PST. Unfortunately we can't cancel your order once it's shipped and we typically process orders very quickly, which is usually a good thing! Please contact us if you have any questions about your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Address Corrections
If your order has not been shipped we are happy to make any address correction changes at no additional cost.
Returns
At Stars and Stripes United, Inc. we stand behind our products and make your personal satisfaction a priority. If a product has failed to meet the criteria outlined in our warranty, and you the customer take the necessary steps, we will gladly replace the defective product at our discretion. We will accept authorized returns of unopened products if notified within 5 days after receipt of your order. To receive authorization, please contact our customer service orders@starsandstripesunited.com . Credit for returned products will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.
